A shared workspace for the way Lincoln City works.

Running a local business doesn't always mean having an office. Remote employees, independent professionals and business owners may need a desk for focused work, a place for a client meeting or a reason to get out of the house.

We're looking into whether a coworking space could meet those needs alongside a small coffee bar and local business networking. Memberships, day passes and open hours are possibilities to test, not services currently available.

We'd like to hear from people in Lincoln City and nearby communities, including Otis, Gleneden Beach, Depoe Bay and Neskowin. Visitors and part-time residents are welcome to respond too. The survey separates those needs so we can understand year-round local demand.

Is this coworking space open yet?

No. We're researching demand before choosing a location or committing to a space. There is no announced opening date, address, pricing or schedule.

Is this an office rental or a coffee shop?

The idea is a membership-based shared workspace with drop-in options, networking events and a small coffee bar. It is not an available private-office listing or an operating café.

Do I need to own a business to answer?

No. People who work from home, remote and hybrid employees, freelancers, students and anyone who might use a local workspace can share their needs. You can also say that coworking isn't for you.

Does filling this out reserve a desk?

No. Your answers help us evaluate the idea. Even opting into a possible paid pilot only gives permission to contact you; there is nothing to pay for or book here.

How we use your answers

Responses are stored in Make it Real, are not publicly readable, and are available to the project team to evaluate local demand. Name and email are optional. We use your email only for the coworking follow-up you select, not a general marketing signup.
